What do you know? My interests changed again so my blog will be changing with it.  1V1 is actually an idea I had when I left Active Duty in 2015.  It was supposed to turn into a magazine on gaming and was going to feature articles on up and coming gamers/streamers/organizations.

Needless to say that goal never actually took off as many of the interviews I lined up for my writers fell through, leaving us with no content.  I will now try and kickstart that idea with my blog, which is why I have changed the name to 1V1 Me.  The idea is to start interviews with new streamers and build my way up to well-known gamers.  This idea can help both myself grow and could potentially help the people I interview grow.  Hopefully, both parties involved can gain a larger following based on them being featured.

In addition to interviewing gamers, I will also be on the lookout for organizations to interview.  Obviously, any interviews with big names like Optic, Faze, Cloud9, etc are miles away from my reach for now, but maybe eventually.  For now, I’m looking for small organizations in either PVP, FPS, MMO games and will go from there.

I’ll start working on gaming articles about new games and such as well, but I think I really want to start focusing on these interviews.  Let me know what you think in the comments below.  If you have anyone you think should be featured, let me know that as well.  Thank you all for reading and sticking with me even though I’m super inconsistent.
