So, in the last few posts I’ve mentioned Task Force Nerd (TFN). So what exactly is it? Right now, it’s just an idea. An idea with a name, but still just an idea.

What do I want it to be? A gaming organization that doesn’t just benefit it’s members, but also the gaming industry as a whole.

The plan is to begin it as a streaming community that also focuses on a few games with clan perks built into them. Some games I might branch it into are:

  • Destiny 2
  • Minecraft
  • Guild Wars 2
  • World of Warcraft
  • Elder Scrolls Online
  • Star Trek Online
  • These are just a few ideas, but the idea is to get into a game that allows a community to be a community. I want something where the community can strive to complete objectives with each other.
  • As I said before, I started Hybrid Nerdz Gaming during Call of Duty: Ghosts, which I felt had a great clan system. They kept clans working together by introducing Clan Wars, which rewarded members for playing together and actively pursing certain objectives.
  • I felt that system alone is what kept HNG members coming back day in and day out.
  • So again, I’m looking to delve into a game or two that allows the community to work together. An added bonus is a game that let’s us construct a base of some type. Base building is something I’ve always enjoyed, so definitely a feature I look for in games.
  • If you have any ideas on how to structure this new community or what game we should start playing together, be sure to comment it below. Thank you again for taking the time to read my blog.
